"Chunky" oak coffee table

Chunky / plank furniture is very popular, with simple designs combining a natural feel with a modern look. Oak is always a favourite, with items like this solid coffee table showing off the rich grain and character of the wood.

Tables such as the one shown here can be scaled-up to make full sized dining tables and refectory-style tables, along with chairs to match.
