Hand crafted kitchens in your choice of wood
|
Designed and built with you (and the available space) in mind, a hand-made kitchen
from David Hazle - whether fully fitted or using free-standing furniture - adds a
touch of uniqueness and luxury to your home.
Materials can be chosen to suit all budgets, from rustic reclaimed pine to elegant oak,
elm, or beech. Similarly, worksurfaces are available in traditional wooden finishes, or
luxury granite.
This is a brief overview to guide you through the stages of purchasing your
new hand made kitchen from David Hazle.

Kitchen Design & Planning
First of all, we look at your ideas, your budget, the shape and size of kitchen and what appliances you require.
You may wish to visit David's workshop for ideas, but ultimately we'll need to measure up your kitchen and make sure everything
will fit in perfectly. We'll also need your door and window sizes, and locations of electrical sockets,
switches and plumbing.
Sketch plans are then drawn up and discussed with you, any amendments made and your kitchen design agreed.

Functionality & Kitchen Appliances
Next we ensure you'll have the functionality you need, such as appliance sizes to integrate with units (you
can supply your own appliances or we can arrange this as part of the commission) and storage organised the
way you want it. A detailed working drawing is then produced, and the style of kitchen cupboard doors and drawers,
materials and fittings is decided.

Building your Kitchen - The Fine Detail
We build your new kitchen - paying great attention to detail such as dovetailing of joints and
smooth running of drawers. Your appliances are fitted and integrated with the kitchen units; you
can use your own plumber and electrician, or again we can arrange this for you and cost it in to
the overall project.
